Because our services are custom, labor-based, and scheduled in advance, we do not offer traditional returns.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure scheduling, materials, or labor. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

If a project is canceled after scheduling has been confirmed or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover time, materials, and labor already allocated.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where work has not begun and no materials or labor costs have been incurred.

Once work has started, payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of flooring services.

Work Completion

Upon completion of work, the client is responsible for reviewing the finished project. Any concerns should be addressed before final payment is made.
